Our tanks offer flexible storage and pumping solutions for either Aviation Gasoline (AVGAS) or Turbine Fuel / Jet Fuel (Jet A1).

Standard features

  • All tanks meet UL-142, ULC-S601-14 & JIG compliance as standard. Bloc Av 1000–6000 additional UN-31-A/Y compliance.
  • Double-walled structural design as standard.
  • Bloc 1000–6000 Av construction consists of 5mm GR 304 stainless steel inner primary tank and 3mm mild steel external secondary tank.
  • Bloc 10000 Av construction consists of 5mm GR 304 stainless steel inner primary tank and 5mm mild steel external secondary tank.
  • Grande Av tank construction consists of 6mm GR 304 stainless steel inner primary tank and 6mm mild steel external secondary tank.
  • GR 304 stainless steel fuel lines, piping and fittings.
  • Floating suction (Grande Av only).
  • Overfill protection system (Grande Av only).
  • High level alarm (Ex-i – Intrinsic safe / Grande Av only).

Why stainless matters

Aviation fuel is only as good as what it sits in. Our aviation tanks use a GR 304 stainless steel primary tank with a mild steel secondary — 5mm on BLOC Av, 6mm on GRANDE Av — with stainless fuel lines, piping and fittings throughout.

The floor slopes 50:1 to a collection sump with sampling facilities, so water and sediment can be drawn off and checked before it reaches an aircraft.
