About EnviroGuard Tanks
A Western Canadian fuel storage supplier working out of Edmonton, and the official Canadian distributor for Unity Fuel Solutions.
What we do
We supply above-ground fuel storage tanks and the equipment that makes them useful: pumps, meters, filtration, cardlock and fuel management. We deliver them, install them, and service them.
Our tanks come from Unity Fuel Solutions, whose BLOC, HEDRA, GRANDE and Aviation ranges are built to UL-142 and ULC-S601 and, where relevant, UN-31-A/Y and JIG. We hold stock in Edmonton, which is the difference between a tank on your site next week and a tank on your site next quarter.
Why buy locally
A tank bought direct from a manufacturer arrives on a truck. A tank bought here arrives on a truck, gets set where you want it, comes with the pump package already fitted, and has somebody an hour away when the meter stops reading right.
We also carry used units, which is often the sensible answer for a short project or a second tank at a yard.
Standards we build to
- UL-142Steel above-ground tanks for flammable and combustible liquids.
- ULC-S601Canadian standard for shop-fabricated above-ground steel tanks.
- UN-31-A/YApproval for transporting dangerous goods (BLOC 1000-6000).
- JIGJoint Inspection Group standard for aviation fuel handling.
Installation must also satisfy the Alberta Fire Code, CSA B139 where applicable, and your local authority having jurisdiction. We can advise, but the AHJ has the final say on any installation.
